Welcome to the Coaching HERO Hour provided by HERO Business Coaching, LLC (HERO Business Coaching). By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

• The Coaching HERO Hour provides participants with a group coaching experience, focusing on personalized growth, business strategies, and problem-solving in a supportive environment. Sessions are held on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis (as specified), with each session lasting approximately one hour.
• Results from participation in the Coaching HERO Hour program will vary. HERO Business Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes, and success depends on individual commitment and application of learned principles.

2. Enrollment and Payment

• Payment Terms: By enrolling, you agree to the pricing specified at checkout. Payments are processed automatically and securely via Kajabi Payments.
• Subscription: For multi-session or monthly plans, payments will be automatically deducted based on the selected subscription type. Given the digital nature of this program, a standard 'cooling-off' period is not applicable. However, for first-time participants, a 7-day satisfaction guarantee applies as outlined in the Refund Policy under the terms outlined in Section 4 & 7.

3. Session Access and Participation

• Access Link: After enrollment, you will receive an email with the link to join the sessions. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom or any other designated platform.
• Attendance: Attendance is voluntary, but to benefit fully, consistent participation is recommended. If you miss a session, access to recordings will be provided, subject to the package purchased.

4. Refund Policy

• Single Session Purchases: Single-session purchases are non-refundable. 
• Monthly/Subscription Plans: Refunds for subscription plans may be available within 7 days of the initial purchase for first-time participants. Afterward, the commitment term applies, and refunds will not be granted.

5. Confidentiality

• Client Confidentiality: Any information shared by participants is treated as confidential and intended for group support and growth. Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of others and not share personal information outside of the session.
• Recordings: Recordings of the sessions may be created for enrolled participants only. By joining, you consent to being part of these recordings. Recordings are not to be shared or distributed. 

6. Intellectual Property & Electronic Consent

• All content provided during the Coaching HERO Hour sessions, including recordings, workbooks, and guides, is the intellectual property of HERO Business Coaching. Content may not be distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.
• By purchasing and participating in this program, you agree to the use of electronic records and signatures, as permitted under Florida law, for the acceptance of these terms.
• Data Privacy Compliance: We respect your privacy. All personal information collected for program purposes will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy regulations and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Cancellation and Termination

• Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time but will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-period cancellations.
• Termination for Misconduct: HERO Business Coaching reserves the right to remove participants from the program without refund if there is a breach of these terms, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, misuse of shared resources, or unauthorized distribution of content.

8. Liability Limitation

• HERO Business Coaching provides educational and motivational content; results may vary depending on participant engagement and external factors. By participating, you agree that HERO Business Coaching and its affiliates are not liable for any specific outcomes resulting from program participation.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the stat of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved under the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Boynton Beach, Florida, for the resolution of any disputes."
